The carbonation in coke is carbon dioxide. Heating the coke causes the CO2 to expand making the bubbles larger, and therefore they appear fizzier.

not sure. But my idea of a great coke to set my mood and day right? A fresh one at a restaurant or gas station with cruncy or lots of ice. I looooooove it

the movement of the fizzes depends on the temperature. if it is hotter the heat gives more energy to the carbon and when it is colder there is less energy so it fizzes less.

I think the ice being cold causes it to lose more fizz when it is poured onto it..... so it is less fizzy in your mouth.

the colder something is the more CO2 it can hold so when the soda is warmer the CO2 escapes easier which makes the drink more fizzy
