Various research firms take these polls and on average they are reasonably close. Of course, it all depends on the questions asked by the poll and how it is asked. A "yes" and "no" can be easily obtained from most people if the question is asked in a biased manner. Hillary is ahead for now but it is still very Early and winners can become losers in very quick order if they slip up in a speech or on the networks. The real test will be the debates held prior to the Republican party and Democratic party elections.
We will see then how Hillary makes out when the chips are down and she has to answer real and difficult questions.

Many people are afraid of a strong woman and will create negative crap to try to keep her out of office. I have noticed that Conservatives have little or no respect for women in office, if you don't believe me, read other questions about Hillary and the Con answers about her. They will say irrelevant things like "She is a lesbian" or "She can't control her husband" or "She is ugly" . There is rarely a legitimate argument. She has never been proven to be involved in any dirty dealings, scandals, murders, bombings or taking candy from babies. Hillary has more than proven herself to be competent, intelligent, strong and willing to listen to "little people". I often hear "her opinions change with the polls" , but think about it, isn't a good leader supposed to listen to the "people"?

If you follow her closely since she became a senator, her "beliefs" often follow the public opinion polls. For instance, she voted for the act that gave the president the authority to go into Iraq, and when they captured Saddam Hussein, she publicly voiced that she was glad she voted to give that authority. Forward 4 years, now she says that if she was president in '03, she never would have went into Iraq. That is just a small example of the flip-flopping she likes to do.

Im pretty sure the media is backing Obama, hence the negative barrgage against his rival. I hate to sound like those nuts who usually say things like this, but I believe its true.

Everyone have so-called negative stuff in their lives, it all just depends on how much one can deny and spin the negatives to avoid being politically drag down. With all the negative stuff about Bush, he still command the most blind following for him and his party.

At this point, it's name recognition, and most people couldn't pick the other Democratic candidates out of a lineup.
As we get later into the year and into 2008, more Democrats may realize she's unelectable.

Hillary will win the next election, despite all the negative stuff about her. Look at her husband, many people were stupid enough to elect him to 2 terms as president.
She will not get my vote.

and Hillary will continue to lead
and you will continue to hear negative stuff about her
Hillary is and will be the obvious choice for the Democratic nomination
of course there is all this preliminary jive
obama and edwards, etc.
Hillary is tough!
Hillary is leading and She will continue to lead
And there will continue to be negative stuff about her
Because She is the obvious choice (hands down) for the Democratic Party
The question is: can She beat McCain?

She doesn't seem like an honest person to me. Remember all the scandals from even before she was 1st lady.. She's not clean.
