depending on budget, tey game system or if they are in to out doors maybe a pass to a ranch with water and horse back ridding all teh fun stuff or maybe a hike in the grand cannyon?? the biggest and best that I have seen is by far the play station 3 but very costly as are the games

Unless your 15 yr old has the mentality of a 5 yr old I wouldn't be throwing any parties.
Ask him how he would like to celebrate his birthday and follow through with that.

Paint ball...find your local paint ball place and take him with a bunch of friends...I am experiencing the same thing with a girl though...she s easy "clothes!!!"
