I dont know whether there is free converter. if not, you could try Simpo PDF Creator capable of converting word to pdf and office Convert Pdf to Word for Doc which realizes the convertion of pdf to word. Hope it helps!

What is this obsession everyone has with wanting full and free? You know, the people who make this stuff want to get paid for making it. There's a CHEAP (but not FREE) piece of software called the Universal Document Converter which should be what you're looking for.

Abby Fine Reader is a software I used in the past. I do not know if it is free. It is also far from fool proof and you will have to correct a lot of i's that should be l's

There are a lot of software that do word-pdf, but the other way is a bit difficult to find. ..
