My computer is infected by trojan and viruses and I can't seem to get rid of them. I want to restart my computer completely, but I don't know how. Please help.
I don't have the windows disc to reboot the comp.

Hello, if you want to completely erase everything, you are going to need to be able to restart the computer or at least boot it in at least safe mode. You will also have to have your windows disc to wipe it out. It is a requirement because once you erase it, how are you going to run your pc without an os?
The disc should lead you step by step.
