mine is just slightly different than the one you said not to list
(i listed overall seed in parentheses, i'm not totally sure if that's what you want by rankings)
(1)florida...ohio state and wisconsin play each other sunday and they will probably play again in the big 10 tournament, giving them a chance to bloody each other and leave florida standing, since they should cruise through their conference tournament considering they have dominated their conference this season
(2)ohio state...they will beat wisconsin in the big 10 tourney on a neutral floor and cement their spot as a number one seed, especially considering that the selection committee will ignore their loss to unc, since it came without oden
(3)wisconsin...they are still one of the best teams, and they will get seeded third because of the body of work they have put together over the course of the season...they have been the most consistent team in college basketball, including florida, who has played some bad games but still managed to win
(4)ucla...they will get the final #1 over unc partly as a result of needing someone to put in the west regional, and partly because unc is no lock to win the acc tournament or even make the final because of the difficulty of that conference...however, if unc manages to win that tournament and ucla gets upset, it would be hard to believe that they could still give ucla that number one seed

Hard to say. Florida probably will be a number one seed cos they will likely keep winning and make a good showing in the SEC tournament. Bout the only thing that will knock them down a peg is losing a game or two more and getting upset in the first round of the SEC tournament.
Ohio State shouldn't get one cos the Big Ten is a crap conference. Wisconsin will get that number one.
UNC has a good shot at a number one seed, but they are vulnerable. Same applies as for Florida, but UNC is on shakier ground.
I simply don't like UCLA :)
Who else could sneak in there then?
I would've said Pitt, but Aaron Gray is hurt. I havn't heard what his prognosis is.
Don't count Kansas out as a number one seed if a few more top teams lose or get upset in conference tournaments.

do no longer anticipate that MSU will win the super Ten yet, there remains a raffle OSU could get a share of the identify. Duke is overvalued, the Buckeyes unquestionably rolled them and that i anticipate UNC to conquer them in some days for some payback. i think of it is going to finally end up being Kentucky, Syracuse, Kansas, and MSU (as long as they do no longer lose out).
