You put the little Microsoft Office Installation CD in the Little CD player tray and then gently push the tray into the machine. Wait for the start up screen, click " Install " and follow along clicking yes when ever it asks if you want to continue to the next step.
Type your Information like; your name, address, E Mail address, and phone number into the new starting files and you are good to go.

No, the cheapest version of Office 2007 is $150. That's the Basic edition (student or whatever).
If you work for a company that supplies it to their employees for cheaper, then that works too. In April, my employer is offering it to us for $15 a copy.
Once you get it, pop the disk in and follow the instructions.

No its deffintally NOT free....unless your a college student, and even that is an 50/50 depending on the school. Its gonna cost you a few hundred and you just put in the cd and follow what the screen tells you.
