For me, cold foods were not comfortable when I first got a tooth pulled. Especially a wisdom tooth. I stuck w/soft foods like mac & cheese, rice, melted ice cream (not so cold), eggs, veggies cooked until they were soft. Any meats had to be cooked till it was almost melt in your mouth. Hmmmmm. Now I'm hungry.

Eat foods that can be liquified. Or try the drinking vitamin shakes so it can promote faster healing and you can get back to eating your regular foods. But everything should be liquid or foods you dont need to chew.

Find a protein or vitamin shake so you get the daily vitamins and nutrients that you need. Otherwise, as I'm sure the dentist told you, liquids, soups, jello, pudding, and mashed potatoes!
