once your itunes software is installed onto your comp, you then hook your ipod to your comp via usb cord, then your ipod will automatically update with the songs you have put into the itunes library, if it doesnt do it automatically then you need to right click on the removable storage device that appears to the left while in itunes when you plug your ipod in, it will be named whatever you named it durring setup i believe, and click update or sync or something along those lines.

if you want your ipod to have the same songs as your library then just do the automatic sync and if you want to add songs just to your ipod or from more than one computer then change your ipod music setting off of automatic and click and drag music to your ipod icon

plug ur ipod up to your computer....then go to file...sync ipod...and that should work
