GO TO A DENTAL SCHOOL OR COLLEGE AND THEY MIGHT ASSIST YOU.

depending on the tooth, the location of pain, and the type of pain, it could be a number of things. It might be very simple like providing antibiotics or you might need a root canal. In either case if the pain has remained for sometime I would recommend you do what you can to see a dentist. Drop by a dentist and some have free check-ups, you might be able to fish for some answers that way. Take some painkillers but get yourself to a dentist to difinitely daignose the problem.

ANYWHERE YOU GO FOR DENTAL WORK, YOU'LL NEED TO PAY SOMETHING.
MY SUGGESTION IS TO TAKE SOME ADVIL (IBUPROFEN) AND TALK TO FRIENDS TO SEE IF YOU CAN GET A LOAN TO SEE A DENTIST.
