i can't open links to my email. i have symantec anti virus scan. it scans every time i turn on my computer. it says that there is no virus.
i have turned my settings down and i also accept cookies. i don't know what else to do.

You need to fix your options. Symantec is notorious for trying to take over your machine. AVG is is better choice of virus protector, but getting rid of Syman. isn't easy. Anyway, change your options.

Are you using Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.?

Are you using outlook or thunderbird?

> Try right-clicking the attachment and clicking "save as..."
> Disable your popup blocker by clicking on Tools > Popup Blocker > Turn Off Popup Blocker
