No, just take better care of your teeth so you don't get cavities. Fillings aren't that bad.

It all depends on the type of cavity you have. If the cavity is detected early then it can be reversed with fluoride treatments. However, when you feel pain, its clinically visible and radiographically visible. The only solution would be fillings. If you wait longer it can turn into a root canal.

No there is not. And technically, fillings dont reverse the damage, they just remove the decay and replace the decay with filling material so your teeth can still function.

no i dont think so. i have alot of cavities and i was wondering the same thing. you probaly have to get fillings.

no, not really! And, the sooner you deal with the cavities...the smaller the little devils are and the easier they are to fix.
