If I have a full version of windows 2000 can i put it on more than one computer?

I know with xp its hardware specific is windows 2000 also?

Not legally, win 2k dosnt have an activation so if you dont care about legality then yes.

With every version of Windows you can only legally install it on one computer, unless you have a corporate license.
