Danny you look so lovely and huggable, of course I believe in you. Good idea to stay on your P.C. as much as you can - its a great way to stop smoking. Although, I seem to be the last person on earth to still smoke, last year I took a disgust to it and stopped, doing cold turkey and all that, for six whole months, until Christmas and New Year - few drinkies - resolve out the window. Its not easy and so I will expect you to email me with your progress to know you are genuinely trying to better your health. GOOD LUCK FROM CAMILLA the oldest smoker in town.!! Don't let me down as I believe you can do it or you will look a twit.

Do you believe in yourself? I also recently quit smoking, it is probably the hardest thing I ever quit. Stay busy! That's the best thing to do, at least for me it was. I seemed to crave a smoke more when I got bored.

I do Danny. Well done. There will be times when you really crave a cig but that will go eventually. Don't give in. Just cancel the thought and try and keep it within the day. Try and say-I am not going to have one cigarette for one day. Then its easier to handle. You could even break the day down into hours. I used nicorette chewing gum to help me. It made it easier. I wish you success.

Well if my believing you helps you to stay smoke free then...I believe you!
But if you haven't really quit I will be mortally offended and cry and snuffle all the way home:-(

I believe you can do it if you truely want to quit anyone can. I quit 2 yrs ago, I said a prayer to God myself and asked him to take them from me to not let me have any wants so what ever for them and threw the last I had in the trash haven't had one since. you can do it. hang in there if you are serious.

You can. Its both difficult and easier. If you are quitting for tonight only then its easier and if for the good, then a challnge;).But m sure u can do it. Best of luck.

The idea of telling others you quit will make you think about smoking more.... soon the obsessive craving will overwhelm you and you will soon be smoking again.
