this morning i wake up,..and felt like i had bubles on my lips,...? they felt very warm and if i jus wanted to scratch them? its not all over my lips, its jus this one small section, on my upper lip? any clue or idea wats about to happen? or caused it? or how i can cure it?

Sounds like Herpes Simplex virus...aka COLD SORES.
You can try the OTC (over-the-counter) remedies; but I find they just make the lesions slimy and gooey for even longer. I simply dry the hell out of them by dabbing on Hydrogen Peroxide SEVERAL times a day. Like every time I go into the bathroom or think about it. It seems to dry things up and make them go away in half the time of the OTC and even Prescription salves.
And, I NEVER used to get cold sores in my life. I remember my mom always getting them, but I never did. Not til the last 15 years of my adult life. Ridiculous I know... :(
