I have a new card reader for my computer and I am not able to download my digital photos.?

Make sure you've installed the driver for the card reader so Windows knows what it is and how to use it. Then it should appear as a new drive letter in My Computer. Double-click on that new drive letter after putting in your card and you should be able to read your photos.
