does anyone know of any other way to load the printer to my computer without using the software included, is there any way to do it via the internet or any other way???????????

I assume you mean Vista...there is no Vista XP. Check the manufacturers site to see if there is a driver for Vista...if not you're out of luck until they release a driver.

It's unlikely that any products brought now will be compatible out of the box with Vista. It's too new. I would suggest you go to the manufacturers website and download the most up-to-date software. This will probably work. Also you might find the printer software will work anyway it might just say they don't know.

There is a lot of hardware that is not supported in Vista and most of it will never be supported unless it says on the box that it was made for Vista.

Most hardware come with a webpage where you can download updates on software look for that or I guess go back to the store
