Hi -
Because of the way you had written your question, I do not exactly understand what you are trying to do.
But, I can guess.
When you start the wizard, even though there is no option to "add" or "remove" - it will automatically choose wich one to do.
For example, if I have something installed on my computer, it will automatically start the uninstall process. But lets say I have something that is not installed, it will automatically start the install process.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

First answer may be correct. IF, the program not show in Add/Remove look in Start > Programs and/or Accessories for the program scroll to it and see what there. Usually there will be an Uninstall.
IF, the program simple like only an .exe file, just go to Windows Explorer and Delete the File, these not use .dlls and easy to remove. But, normally this type program not show an icon on Desktop and it not show in Programs/Accessories. They started from Windows Explorer by clicking on the .exe

The wizard is shipped with the software that you are trying to uninstall. Just select the software and click Uninstall. It should uninstall the software even if there is no wizard that is appearing!
