i just noticed that my carb was leaking gas right by the manifold,i think it might need a new gaskett, is this easy to replace how long will it take.engine is a chevy 350

i own a repair shop,and you didn't say what kind of a carburetor you had on it ,in most cases its not a hard repair to make ,just be careful and watch what your doing ,good luck ,i hope this help,s.

, an that help,most of the time you can just tighten the screw,you may need to pull it off an reset the flot, but most are eay to change, buy a carb kit, an you get a map of what it look like an how to do it,

more than likely a rochchester. and there might be more to it. these carbs have a tendency to warp. and the butterfly bushings wear, too. just for "fyi"

I have some good advice for you pertaining to this gas leak repair.... DO NOT SMOKE while you are preforming this repair. (unless you are already bald)
