Where can I find safety videos or something similar for railroad construction?

The company I work for is going to start a project on a railroad. We want to make sure that all our employees know the safety regulations and policies for this work. Does anyone know where we can find information on the safety regulations and policies for railroads? I would prefer videos or powerpoint presentations, but written information would be beneficial also. We only want info for this specific type of work, not the general construction field.
