I have sent the bill back with cancel. I have asked that no more be sent. I got the magazine anyway. I would like a phone number for the mazagine to talk to some very soon. I am upset with the refusal to deal with my request. I am returning the mazagine.

On the page with the publisher information there will be a subscriber info/help section with a phone number.
The publisher info is usually near the table of contents at the front of the magazine.

I don't see the need for either bill. Child marriage is already illegal in all states and need only be enforced. Those who are likely to be subjected to child marriage will not see any PSA's against it as their access to information is severely restricted. What is required is the courage of prosecutors in going after the violators, and no new law will create that.
