Ive been havingt problems with my Advent 6416 laptop i think its got a virus or something, whenever i click on the screen or any programs on my desktop or in the start menu it sort of reloads.
Anyone know anything i could do to stop this happening?
Please help thanks.

I cant right click on my computer because it just rloads but i can get on the internet so what can i do?

all your answers are great but whenever i try to do any of them it just reloads. And F8 doesnt do anything.
Any other suggestions?

Before trying to find what is going wrong, you need a way to work again. Boot into Safe mode, by pressing "F8" before the Windows XP screen with the loading bar appears.
Then turn off automatic reboots (Right click on "My Computer"-->Settings...
Then the "Advanced" Tab
Press on the third "Settings" Button.
Uncheck "Automatically reboot"
This will not solve the problem your PC has, but will show you a bluescreen whenever your PC crashes instead of just rebooting.
Please check this screen and tell us what Stop code the bluescreen shows you.

Yeah, it's definitely a virus that's corrupted your operating system.
I'd say that you reinstall your Windows or if possible, get an anti-virus from your friend since you can't access the internet.

What do you mean re-loads?
Do a System Restore by visiting Start, All programs, accessories, system tools, system restore. Then choose a data to restore computer back before you got this problem.

Take it to a computer expert or Advent. Or reinstall Windows.
