I've talked with 3 different customer service representative-type persons on the telephone within the past 1 week.....they all sound like they are highly stressed, in a high pressure atmosphere......but most give good information, except for the man with the India dialect which was a hard for this American to decipher what he was saying. The Asian girl was easy to understand. They all act helpful on the phone, but like a supervisor is pushing them.
I don't think the telephone representatives have a low stress environment.
I got a online savings account with HSBC Direct because of the 6 % APY rate being offered now, and so far, I have been fairly pleased.
