It usually takes a few days for the payments to clear whoever's system you are paying, then when it clears it will clear your bank. If you have online banking, you can view this in your check card hold field if you have one of those through your bank. I love that feature. =)

It means that you have transactions on your account that didnt go through yet. When it does...your account will be deducted.
