I took the railing off at three. Usually by three your child has learned to stay in the middle of her bed and won't roll off. It will make her feel like a big girl too!

I just took my sons rail off, He will be 3 next month. He only fell out one time so far. Poor thing. But he's all right and your daughter will be to. Go ahead and take it off. She won't feel so much like a prisoner :) Good luck.

We never used railings. I would think by 3 years you should certainly be able to remove them.
