Given that I have an antivirus already.

The Security Suite is everything. So you get the Anispy and Antivirus. Also soy site blocking. I personally use the Security Suite. Theres alot of different settings to do, and different levels to each setting. You can go completely stealth mode where no one can see your computer, but then some sites won't work. Also, the Antispy and Antivirus have different settings, one is byte level scanning, it takes a long time but it goes through every bit of information thoroughly.

Well the Internet Security Suite has anti-spyware included. I personally use Zone Alarm on my PC and really like it. It's very protective of some things and tweaking is required when it comes to allowing some cookies, but I think its well worth it.

the more features a program has the larger it is and the less well it will do each task.
