this problem only started today. suddenly in every single website i go to i can no longer see any images or backgrounds or anything, i can see the text and i can see the links but it always says at the bottom of the screen "downloading pictures 1 remaining" and then it just stops, no matter how long i wait. does anyone have any idea what's causing this or what i can do to fix it?

You might need to go into IE Tools menu and than Internet Options. On the window that opens up their should be a tab. Click on of them. And then select the Check box that asks u wheter u want to view images or not.

Hi -
I have never heard of this problem before. Have you installed a myspace bot? A lot of myspace bots have features that disable images, for faster loading. If you have, go into your bot, and enable images.
Also, try going to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - then restore defaults.

Some sites will not allow downloads if you do not accept cookies. Check your settings in Tools, Internet Options, Privacy. I have mine set to Medium. Occasionally, I will get a red X instead of a graphic but I do not wish to lower my setting. Your choice.
