Hopefully you have a word processor like MS Word or Notepad that you can write a text message on. Choose the font and font size then print it out. Incase you need help getting to MS Notepad here is how you do it:
-click the START button
-click programs
-click Accessories
-click Notepad

Download and install Nvu. You can type stuff in it, then put it up on the internet.
