what the hell is 222 ram?
in any case, you can always put faster rated ram in and still run it at the slower speed to match what you have in there. not sure what options are available in your bios but you don't really have to make any adjustments to just run it at the current setting you have going.
PS. isn't much of a problem at all with the intel chipsets but on a few of the nforce chipsets you can actually run into problems. Check what board you're using and if it's an nforce setup get the board specifics and reask the question

The answer is a definite maybe. The 333 should downshift to 222. Maybe it isn't what you want, but that, in theory, is how it works.

There is no such this as 222 RAM. it is either 200 (PC1600) or 266 (PC2100).

it may be possible but is not recommended as you should have matching pairs as conflict occurs so i would say do not use them together
