$9,612(0.041) + ($47,736.35 - $9,612)(0.081) = $3,482.16

0.041 * 9612 = 394.09
47 736.35 - 9612 =38124.35

38 124.35 * 0.081 = 3088.07

394.09 +3088.07 = 3482.16

C= B X .0081
