I'd hit up Kahlua.com and find some receipes for MudSlides. Those are awesome and made with icecream!

Mudslides are the only drink that I know of that is routinely made with ice cream. Any sweet liquor -- like Kahlua, Godiva chocolate, bailey's, etc -- could probably be mixed successfully with ice cream. Bailey's and vanilla ice cream actually sounds really good.

Just haul out the blender and start experimenting! We did this once when we were on vacation. Had tons of ice cream that needed to be used up and lots of booze! Use your imagination!!
Peach Schnaaps and vanilla ice cream = Peaches and cream
Grand Marnier (or any orange liquer) and vanilla ice cream = Creamcicle

Grasshopper - 1 ounce Creme de Menthe over two scoops vanilla ice cream. Put in a blender until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass.
Coffee delight - 1 jigger Kahlua and 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass
Raspberry Rocker - Raspberry liqueur, vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass
Strawberry Banana Cabana - Strawberry, banana liqueur and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass
Strawberry Fantasy - Amaretto, strawberries and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass
Toasted Almond Amaretto - coffee liqueur, vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass
Peach Short Cake - Captain Morgan Rum, strawberry and peach schnapps with ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass
Green Eyes - Melon liqueur, pineapple and coconut with ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass
Malibu Mudslide - Irish cream, coffee liqueur, vodka and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve in a parfait glass

any fruity flavor or chocolate flavor drink can be mixed with ice cream. Or how about drinks with heavy creme and ice mixed. HAVE FUN!!!!! BE SAFE!!!!! use your imagination!!!
