Since I asked this question, I have begun to receive some emails which were sent to me while my emailbox quote was full. However, I am not getting all emails that I know were sent.

No. when your email inbox is full, the email will be automatically sent back to the sender.

No. The e-mails that were sent when your box was full are bounced back to the sender. Hopefully, they will notice this and resend.
