either get a new email address or setup a filter with whatever email provider you use and set it so you only get email from people in your address book or just set it to the highest setting and hope it catches most of it

There should be an opt out of receiving their junk if you go to their site. Sometimes if you read at the very bottom of the email, you will also find a link.

Hey i prefer you get gmail or soemthing elese they blocks spam. I can invite you to gmail cause ig to 40 more invations so if you want one email me ur email: darksideoftheman@gmail.com

on your email inbox click the message, then click on the top where it says "message",then look for when it says block sender and click on it then it will automaticly go to your deleted items and just delete it... dont block it again because it will un-block it but whenever you get a message in our inbo they just block it and thn delete it from your deleted folder!!!!!!! hope this works goood luck!!!!!!! HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!! P.S DONT OPEN THE ACTULL MAIL BECAUSE IT CAN BE A VIRUSE .....

Sometimes they have an unsubscribe option at the bottom of the message.

I use gmail and yahoo, but the gmail has its own spam bin that get everything in it, there is no spam in my actually inbox, in the last month i got one piece of spam in my inbox.
