This is a humorous blend of the words "thick" and "delicious" which is unique to American English. So, I don't think most languages of the world would have any exact translation for it. By and large, most human languages tend to be pretty conservative. American English is one of the few exceptions.

Even Canadians and Australians seem to speak more conservative forms of English which lack many of the slang words that American English has. I noticed that a few weeks ago during a 60 minutes interview with actor Russell Crowe, an Australian on CBS.

Consequently, people who speak other languages would probably translate "thick-o-licious" as just "thick and delicious" or maybe "creamy and delicious" in their own languages. For example, I know that in Puerto Rican Spanish if you wanted to say: " I feel like having a thick-o-licious strawberry shake today " you would say

"Hoy me siento con ganas de tener una batida de fresa rica y cremosa." (Literally "Today I have an urge to have a delicious, creamy milkshake.")

There is a foreign language translation web site called www.proz.com which has free volunteer translators in French, Spanish and Italian. You might want to ask any of them how they would translate "thick-o-licious" just to be sure. Of course, make sure to give them an example of how the word is used in a sentence.

Re: "Think girl." In Spanish it would be Piensa en ella, chica - "Think about it, girl."
