I'm so thankful you've found me after all these years that have gone by I can't wait to meet you and your family on saturday see you then.

It is not punctuated(just like the original) so you might run out of breath by the end.I also see that the person who wrote it was from North Wales.If you want to reply I can translate it for you if you wish.
