It really depends on several things such as your age and where you live.
Personally, what I would enjoy (Kansas) is going to the local lake beach and having a campfire picnic. Champagne, Italian dinner from my favorite restraunt, soft music and lots of heavy blankets.
Keeping warm would be half the fun!
