What does this mean: settimana uno spectu?

It's a thing that my Latin teacher posted, and I don't understand it!

Spectu is actually an ablative supine. I think settimana is incorrect however, pardon that, uno spectu would be by/with/from one to speak/in respect to saying, but without the third word I can't help you.

Well,actually I think it spelled wrong !! could you please check it again wth your teacher ?but uno =one
and the last word could be "someting .... tu " and "tu " = " you"
