Personally, i prefer shopping in Causeway Bay.

Mong Kok would be good for cheaper bargains too, and there's Temple Street at Yau Ma Tei - similar in terms of what they offer.

Tsim Sha Tsui isn't too bad - you could walk down the Avenue of Stars if you're tired from shopping.

My favorite is Wan Chai. And Causeway Bay area.
