I've never heard of a cream for moles.
The Dr can do it right in his office.
He can do one of 2 things-
1. burn it off
2. cut it out.
Either way is painless except for the shot of lidocaine to numb the area(that will burn a bit), then depending on the size of the mole and how deep it goes... they will cut around the outside of it -pull it up and snip the underside, or simply use a cauterizing tool and burn it off.

It's not necessary to have a mole removed unless a dermatologist evaluates it and thinks it may cause some future problems; years ago I had a mole about the size of a nickel removed from my shoulder on a doctor's advice.
If this is the case, he/she will either cauterize it or cut it out; mine was initially cauterized, but started to come back and was then cut out with good success.
Moles aren't unattractive; some people (me included) are just mole-ier than others. I have one on my earlobe and even a tiny one on my lower lip, among every other place on my self!

There is no mole removal creams. See a dermatologist to have all your moles checked to be sure they are not cancerous and have the ones removed you dont like.

Go to a doctor and have them cut out. I don't think there is a cream to remove moles... warts yes, but not moles.

Skin moles are generally dark growths seen on skin. They may be extracted using surgical procedure, as well as with several store products or home made remedies.

Surgery is expensive, being from around $150-400 and might bring about skin damage. Home cures happen to be low-cost and also will be able to eradicate ugly moles within a few days while not leaving keloids.

Home cures include garlic, tea tree oil, or baking soda and castor oil used during a brief time.
