Unforatunately there are not fast way to go. You will need to consider what sort of job you want to do? What's your skill? The Australian Department of Immigration have the list of the sought after skill/job that Australia need. However you will have to apply and wait for your application to be processed. May takes awhile.
Best way is to contact the Australian consular closest to your area and start asking questions.

do you have to? If you re dead serious do us all a favour and learn our language...do integrate with us aussies dont find another filipino and talk out loud in your own language....most filipinos marry their way into the country if not that then I suppose you should get a work visa and get your butt straight into the workforce then see how much you like it.do expect some racial bias as we aussies are becoming a minority in our country and we resent this..sooo if you really have to then come on down.
