There are no best places for importing brides, no matter what country are they from.
I hope you realize how strong and resourceful Russian women can become, if you do import a bride, it would not be as easy to export her back.

What if she does not want to be forced
against her will?
By natural and judicial laws, a human being
cannot be kept against his/her will...
...when you keep another human being against

Whoa, you have to consider people as persons not commodities. Nothing wrong with seeking a bride from Russia (try the net or ads in newspapers) butplease try to be genuine!
