Electrons: with a mass of 0.0009 X 10 -24 gram. Protons have a mass of 1.67 X 10-24 g. Atoms are made up of protons, electrons (and neutrons) and molecules are when two or more atoms combine. In order to gain some sense of the difference between a proton and an electron, you could represent the Hydrogen atom with a single protons as an adult of average weight sitting in an empty ffild. The atom's electron would have the relative size of a small bird, like a sparrow flying around the persona at a distance of 2miles.

electrons, protons and electrons are both subatomic thing. They are parts of atoms. Electrons are smaller though. This means atoms are bigger then protons, electrons, and neutrons. Protons, electrons, and neutrons are in atoms(there is usually the same amount of protons and electrons) . Molecules are of coarse the biggest. They are combined atoms. For example when an hydrogen atom and oxgen atoms combine the create a water molecule. Neutrons are also subatomic. They are the same size as protons. Protons and neutrons usually stick together.
