Circular DNA:Many viruses have covalently circular DNA molecules that when visualised under the EM show the twisted structure. This DNA is supercoiled, which indicates that the structures is under tension.Supercoiling arises from a relative lack of turns in the DNA double helix.

cDNA libraries are prepared from total or enriched Poly(A)+ single stranded mRNA that is converted into a double-stranded DNA copy of the message using the enzyme reverse transcriptase. The cDNA fragments can be inserted into an appropriate plasmid, phage, or cosmid vector for maintenance and cloning. The population of recombinant vectors will represent the entire set of expressed genes in the cell from which the RNA was isolated.

c DNA stands for copy or complimentary DNA. it is obtained by the reverse transcription of mRNA . This strand is called copy DNA. it is same as the template strand used for transcription, but is shorter than it due to the absence of introns, and so it can be used for Dna transfer thru bacteria, as bacteria don't hav splicing agents for eukaryotic DNA with introns
