since i suppose your name is nick,it has no specific meaning in japanese coz its a foreighn name,your name is pronounced as ni-ku,and this is how it is written:ニーク in katakana,にーく in hiragana,and if you take "niku",literally it means "meat" in ***. and this is that kanji 肉.hope itll help ya..

The Japanese language can use phoenetics...nick, for example, will sound like NIK ku (emphasis on capitalized). It doesn't have to MEAN anything, as it is understood that it's your name.
