Well, in Hebrew we call the astrological signs "mazalot" (plural of "mazal"= luck), and so we add the word "mazal" before every sign.

'Sagittarius' would be "kashat" (קשת, or with vowels: קַשָּׁת), that means "archer", but when you pull it out of context you should say "mazal kashat" (מזל קשת, or with vowels: מַזַּל קַשָּׁת), that means "Sagittarius sign".
