waxing, or tweezing, or threading.
waxing is faster, and technically it hurts less, it all comes out at once.
when i wax my eyebrows i like to tweeze it in between appointments
you can get rid of it permanantly with electrolysis or lazer hair removal.

If you want to do it like right now at home, pluck it with tweezers but dont get carried away and end up plucking half your eyebrows off (beginners mistake) or you can make an appointment to get it waxed off. Either way the hair will grow back in about a week but the more you pluck or wax the less the hair will eventually grow back.

Go to a salon, have them wax it. If you can't do that, get the tweezers and go at it. DO NOT SHAVE IT- you'll just make the regrowth look thicker (and uni-brow stubble is odd anyway).
