He is late all year, he bring money one month then miss and at the end of the year he catch up, where do you find the money from then.

No it is not fair nor is it right.Children need to be supported 24/7 365 day's a year.I suggest you go to court and have child support payments enforced.

Totally wrong - the state or county should be involved and directly sending YOU the money so you aren't dependent on his whims of sending the money.

why don't you claim the kids. only one person can, and all you have to do is show receipts and all that stuff proving that you are the one that actually takes care of them throughout the year. he won't be able to get the tax break.

Depending on this clown isn't helping your children.

Do something with your life better then complaining about a clown. That don't do much for your kids either.

Get a job go to night school
