I remember that when I was in the Gambia (the smallest country on the African mainland) the population of less than a million back then spoke seven native languages, English (official language) and French because they are totally surrounded by Senegal which was a former French colony. While i dont know your interest i know the following countries,Cameroon(some English aso)Senegal,Algeria,Tunisia,Benin,Congos,Chad,Rwanda,Burundi,Some Indian Ocean islands like Reunion,Madagascar,Seychelles and The Comoros.Cape Verde and Equatorial Guinea islands.There may be others.
