Sure you can train a dog to do most any thing. Of course to really train a dog to attack black people you'd need to have a black person to train with. Also a dog can learn to hate a certain type of people if they abuse it. For example we adopted a dog who was afraid of and/or disliked young blond girls. (His prior owners had a pair rather mean young girls.)
Generally a "racist" dog really isn't racist. The dog is merely picking up on it's owner's emotional state. If black people make the owner nervous, or angry the dog reacts to that. Things get even worse if the owner encourages such behavior.

I think that it is really bad to train your dog that but I do not think that the dog knew white from black! I think that the owner probably said a special word that made the dog bark at anyone!

I don't know how right I am. But, I believe dogs are able to become prejudice on their very own. I once had a german shepherd that I got as a puppy. She absolutely hated black men. Whenever my cousins (who were african american) came to visit she would flip out. If she saw an african american walking down the sidewalk...she would flip out. She was inately prejudice of african american men. I have no idea why? could it be because they looked different? I know that she didn't have a history of abuse from a black man. because i had her from just a small pup.

i would never even contemplate it, but i've heard it's done by some people here against the indigenous peoples
but, i also wonder whether sometimes it's the different body smell that the dog barks at rather than they way the person looks, my dog used to bark at asians without being taught that

I dont know about training ?? But I had a dog once , then we made friends with dark skinned people , the dog went ballistic every time they came around. (I didnt think at the time ) but I realised that we had never had dark people in our house or had the dog seen dark people before and that was what it was barking at. I dont know, maybe they looked different to him (but not us of course).

it is very sad, disgusting but true and this is for many different reasons like the dog sensing his/her owners feeling for a race or because the owner is just damn stupid and need to grow up

Yes it can. I had a friend that adopted a dog and it had been trained to do the same thing.

it relatively is stupid, relatively. i've got been around APBTs on account that i became into born and have by no potential witnessed any form of aggression from any of them -- and we had the two canines from breeders and canines from shelters. APBTs have been initially bred to be vicious against different canines, no longer people. lower back in the day any APBT that confirmed any form of aggression in direction of people became into euthanized in the previous ever being bred (simply by fact, of direction, it would be risky to have a APBT in the pit that became into aggressive to people, simply by fact the proprietors had to chop up the canines themselves the superb option in the midst of a combat); this made APBTs extra truthful than maximum the different breed, IMHO. regrettably, issues HAVE replaced and there are some human-aggressive APBTs available simply by fact of ignorant BYBs. yet this would not propose that *each* APBT is a killer, and maximum are not. As for the information, all of us be attentive to that maximum of what the information say is deceptive. there are various of canines breeds and mutts available that look comparable to the APBT. there have been a lot of assaults blamed on APBTs the two via the information (to get extra visitors) or via witnesses who in basic terms don't be attentive to the version between the APBT, the AmStaff, the Dogo Argentino, and a mutt -- and that i've got lined an internet site with a number of those misidentified "pit bull assaults". i might have faith an APBT over the different canines, any day of the week.

Dog's sense their owners distrust (or dislike) toward certain people. And in time they begin to react to their owner's reactions. I will agree it is very sad, however it does happen.
