If you have a parttime job and make a set amount each pay and they garnish your wages based on that amount. which is 10% in my state. and later on you work some overtime hours on holidays and vacation time for other employees and your pay changes but only doing those times. does the 10% change based on each pay with the overtime included. or remain as it was when the garnishment started from the beginning of the initial deductions?

it depends on the reason for the garnishment. if it is garnished for a set amount such as child support, it doesn't change, but if to satisfy a tax debt to the irs, it may.
